These reports provide you (the Taxpayer, the Developer, the Business owner) information as it relates to the current tax environment in LaSalle Parish.
Louisiana law requires that all businesses report to our office all business assets that are used to operate their business. Each year the LaSalle Parish Assessor’s office mails the LAT-5 and LAT-12 forms along with any other forms necessary for business owners to comply with the law. It is the responsibility of the business owner to notify the Assessor’s office of any address changes.
Please find below the LAT forms that can be downloaded for your convenience. The forms must be filed with the Assessor’s Office by April 1st. Failure to file such forms with our office could result in an increased assessment. All forms filed with our office are strictly confidential.
