2016 is a state mandated reassessment year. This means that all property in the parish must be reassessed. You will be notified by mail of all changes to your assessed value.
Recent flooding in LaSalle Parish has caused property damage and losses in several areas of the parish. As the waters have now receded and people evaluate the state of their homes and property we encourage you to contact the LaSalle Parish Assessor’s Office. This may not seem like an immediate priority but by contacting our office and discussing your flood damage we can update assessments for the 2016 tax roll prior to 2016 Tax Bills being mailed. Please help us spread the word to those that have suffered property damage so we can do our part to help them through this difficult time.
